All drivers must have a valid driving licence (UK) and national licence plus an International Driving Permit (IDP) if a non-EU or EEA resident. Insurance requirements require a minimum age of 25 to hire our cars and for the driver to have held their driving licence for at least 3 years with no more than 3 points. All drivers will be subject to passing a DVLA check.

Each car is entitled to a base amount of 100 miles per day, which can be increased for an additional £3 per mile charge. If you wish to take a car for an extended trip, this mileage limit will be subject to approval.

As part of our hiring agreement, we require the car to be stored overnight in a secure and locked car park or private parking space or garage, preferably with cover.

Each car comes with a full tank of fuel. You can either fill the tank back up fully yourself or return it to us to fill up. We reserve a £200 fuel charge on a debit or credit card when you book, that is then refunded if you return the car fully fuelled to us.

All of our fleet requires high-octane petrol above 98.

No, we will clean the car when it’s returned to us, and this cleaning service is included in the hire price. However, if a car is returned to us heavily soiled there will be a £60 cleaning fee.

Absolutely! We want to make every CTTC experience as unforgettable as possible for you, so we can provide extras like champagne, flowers or luxury picnic hampers at your request. Please get in touch with your wishes and we will do our best to make this a reality.

To hire our cars, we require an authorised credit card and debit card. All cards must have the main driver's name on them.

If you do not have a credit card, we may offer car hire (at our discretion) with a fully refundable deposit of £2,500 per car.

Don't panic, accidents sometimes happen with classic cars, and there's usually an easy fix.

Our CTTC team is on the line 24/7 to advise you remotely and organise rescue if need be. Should one of our cars be at fault, we are happy to provide you with a replacement vehicle for the duration or your hire period.

The CTTC HQ is based in West London, a 10-minute walk from Brentford station.

For those flying in, we are based a speedy 15-minute drive away from Heathrow.

Our gift vouchers are valid for 12 months from the date of purchase and can be used against any car in the fleet.
